With our strong and renewed machinery and constantly increasing capacity in our vulcanization departments consisting of compression and injection systems; We can produce RUBBER parts from 10 gr. to 4 kg.
In our Plastic Injection track, 1 piece of 240 Ton / 600 Gr. Plastic Injection, 150 Tons / 250 Gr. Plastic Injection, 100 Tons / 200 Gr. Plastic Injection, and 2 Pieces of 160 Tons / 300 Gr. Production is made for the automotive and agricultural sectors using ABS – PA [6 / 6.6] – PC – PE – POM – PP – PVC – TPE raw materials with Plastic Injection presses.
In our extrusion line, high quality and food-safe PVC Hose is manufactured in different cross-sections and diameters.
In our molding department, all kinds of rubber and plastic molds are designed according to need, and rubber and plastic molds are manufactured using vertical machining center, erosion, universal lathe, grinding and universal milling machines in our molding department.
