Auto Cut

Thanks to our automatic saws in our metal forming workshop, pipes, profiles, flat sheets and shafts of different diameters and sizes can be cut.

CNC Pipe Bending

With our three-axis pipe bending machines, bending of pipes of different diameters and thicknesses, from Ø20 mm pipe to Ø60 mm pipe, can be performed. Bent pipes are checked and verified with control fixtures designed and produced by our company.

Eccentric and Hydraulic Press Forming

Thanks to our eccentric and hydraulic presses, parts such as pipes, profiles and flat sheets are shaped by drilling, crushing and worm cutting operations.

Cnc Plasma Pipe Cutting

Cnc Plasma Sheet Cutting

Thanks to our CNC laser machine, sheets of different thicknesses from 1 mm to 10 mm can be cut.

CNC Automatic

Thanks to our CNC automatic machines, which have the ability to process with high precision and low tolerances, automatic parts of different sizes from 3 mm in diameter to 80 mm in diameter can be processed.

Gas and Argon Welding

Thanks to manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic robot welding systems, welding operations are carried out in the fastest way and in accordance with the standards. In order to maintain the standards we have achieved throughout our production, we carry out all our welding operations with welding and control fixtures.

Dyehouse

Thanks to the sandblasting, powder-wet paint and ovens we have in our paint workshop, all metal parts can be painted in the desired color and visual appearance.

Machine Assembly

Üretilen tüm ürünlerimiz %100 kontrol edilerek testlerden geçirilir ve özenle paketlenerek sevke hazır hale getirilir.

Wire Brush and Fence String

In addition to specially designed cleaning brushes suitable for the areas of use, high-strength fence ropes are produced for use in electric fence systems.
